Service Description. This Site describes Fence Installation, Deck Construction, Fence Repair, Deck Repair, Wood Privacy Fence, Composite Decking, Chain Link Fence, Vinyl Fence provided by Johnson Fence and Deck. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johnson Fence and Deck's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Johnson Fence and Deck in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Johnson Fence and Deck from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under OK law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in OK for any related dispute.
